Health workers rely on food banks

Eamonn Ward has written about health staff needing to rely on food banks.

Dear Sir,

Many health staff are relying on food banks or having to take second jobs to make ends meet.

Most people think the 1% pay cap is unfair but Ed Miliband and the Labour leadership again failed to support NHS workers who went on strike for just 4 hours on October 13th. Green Party leader Natalie Bennett visited the picket line at St Pancras hospital to show support.

It’s hard to understand why unions continue to fund the Labour party.

Yours Sincerely
