“For the common good” festival

forthecommongoodfestivalfrombonetosatellite, in association with Sheffield Green Party, presents…The “for the common good” festival. A series of events involving politically and socially engaged artists in the run up to the forthcoming General Election on Thursday 7th May 2015.The very best of musical offerings from Sheffield, and further afield, will be playing a series of live events in collaboration with some of Sheffield’s finest independent venues and businesses.Aside from the events themselves, new and exclusive artworks have been commissioned from Sheffield artists, Lord Bunn, James Green, and Tom J Newell.Merchandise will be available at all shows, including ethically sound, FairTrade certified, organic cotton T-shirts and tote bags, along with a limited edition run of high quality screenprints, all printed on premium quality 300gsm recycled card.

Line ups will be announced as we have full confirmation, but here’s how things are shaping up so far:
