25th February 2018, 2:00 pm - 4:30 pm · Francis Newton pub · Sheffield Green Party · Details

Please wrap up well and join us for our fortnightly citywide campaigning day in the run up to the council elections on May 3rd. We are aiming to elect Broomhall community campaigner Kaltum Rivers to join Magid as our our second ward councillor. But it’s a marginal ward that will be hard fought.

It’s a bit cold for door knocking so we will all deliver an election campaign candidate flyer – please bring a small backpack to carry them. Meet inside the pub at 2pm and look for party badges and boxes of flyers. The pub is a Wetherspoons so food is available.

There are regular bus services from the city centre to the Hallamshire hospital. The Francis Newton is about 8 minutes walk from the University tram stop – trams run from the rear of the train station and blue and yellow routes can be used.

More information from Eamonn Ward 0750 3883740 eamonnward@live.co.uk before the event and on the day.
